I've tried to solve this 4 last 40min. PLZ help - Improper Fractions?

The easiest way to do this would be to convert the numbers to the same format so you wouldn't be guessing. Either make them all improper or make them all proper. Making them improper would be easier. Then, you need to give them all the same LCD (lowest common denominator). Then you'll have your answer.
