Why do i feel neglected?

I'm curious as to her age because she doesn't act like someone old enough to have 4 children....yes she is having an emotional affair and has spoken about a physical one (the guy from fb knew he could openly tell her that!) Speaking from someone that has not only cheated but been cheated on, if she would rather text someone else than talk to you, it means she is just filling the time spent with you. She has no desire to actually BE with you. I think the midnight agreement needs some tampering...like phones off at 10. Its not controlling, you're just trying to get your relationship back on track! Seriously sit her down and get to the bottom of this, its not getting better, and an emotional affair is almost worse than a physical one because the potential to fall in love with the "other person" is much greater.
