Why do girls act this way?

One day you'll meet a girl who will like you for just being you and will appreciate all those little things you do for her like opening the door , pulling out the chair etc . All women don't treat men like the way you have experienced , I can't see why a women would want to go back to a man who treats her treat her poorly .
