Was it unfair to Batista?

wow good catch I didn't see it live, I just saw it now. Only thing I can think was bad planning for the move, it looks like he only did it because of Batista's corner attack on Kane, leading to Batista getting dumped over the top ropes. Your right though, JBL easily could have stayed down and let Batista pick him up, and then do the Irish whip.
