Is this fair? (Public School vs. Home School & Early College.)?

My mom is forcing me to be home schooled and go to college at 16. When I don't want to. I want to go to school (we can't afford private school and I can't get a scholarship.) I know she wants the best for me, but I want to be slightly normal. I have wanted to go to public school since I was 9.5, and I am now 13. I have thought about everything, and I still want to go and my mother wont let me. It's my life, and its now or never, I'm not gonna live forever. (like Bon Jovi. Teehee.) Do you think I should be able to make my own decisions as for my education?
