Who is the most wasted all-star talent this past decade?

Shawn is still a consistent player (where is he again)? 2. Gilbert Arenas- public view ruined his career singlehandedly. 3. Baron Davis- chemistry didn't work out with the Clippers then it did with the Warriors. 4. T-Mac- He's great just didn't play with the same heart as others. 5. Vince Carter- great showman in the fast break other than that he's wasted. 6. Elton Brand- bad move for him. He had a standout career in 06 but wasted it all. 7. Michael Redd- when healthy. Dangerous and considering his team right now. He's doing fine. I can't think of anyone else. I'm stumped. But this has to go to Baron Davis. He wasted his chance with a good team that could be favorites to win it all with the chemistry
