Xbox problem -.-?

Right, ok you know when you switch on teh xbox 360 the xbox logo comes up and spins around and then says Xbox 360? well mine does that, but stays lke it for about 38 seconds (then loads the game) guess what? my xbox was fine and great just before the warranty ran out... ( I have had it a year ) ( no Hard drive)
