i was camping with my friend and we were hitting her cousin with a banana on his .Then her aunt made me eat it because she said i couldnt waste it.It's a few months later and now she has called a state trooper and me and my friend are getting in trouble.The grandma wasnt even awake either was her cousin.We told a girl about it that was camping with us that is in her cousins cl.She told my friends cousin then her cousin told her grandma and now she's tryin 2 put my friend in juvie for for a year and im getting in a lot of trouble.Is this enough for me and my friend to get a restraining order?And how long will it take?
