How should I pick thirty songs out of 133 songs for two mix cd's?...or which one's would you not put on a cd?

I am making two mix cd's for a friend and I picked out 133 songs that I wanted to put on her cd's! But obviously I can only pick thirty out of them, and I have no clue what I should put on! For the first part of the question, I am just wondering how you might figure this out. And for the second part, I would like to know which singers you would not put on these cd's.
