What poetic element would this be?

"which gives men stomach to digest his words with better appetite" (I.ii.l306). This is a quote from Shakespeare's Julius Caesar play. I was wondering what poetic element this would be ( metaphor, simile, imagery, ect.). If possible could you please provide a quick explanation why.
