Where is Tracy Mcgrady and Allen Iverson under all this free agency talk?

Both players can still put up big numbers and both of them are ring hungry. Do you think a team would sign any of them? and if so who? In my opnion i think charlotee should get ai and im not sure about mcgrady im a blazer fan and i would like to see him there if he can play defense
