Why are my so painfull?

last month a few days after i ovulated my s were so painful i couldn't move! im 29 years old and have never had this before i had to wear a sports bra they were so bad! they got better after a few days though! but i had a very heavy period with a lot of cramps! i'm 4dpo now and my are painful again! i am ttc
